It’s all real. That’s what I tell everyone when they ask. I know they don’t believe me, but what can I do? I was born a skeptic myself so I understand where they’re coming from. But while I am a skeptic, I have a rather heightened imaginative sense which enables me to accept the fact that

the world is a big, crazy place. There’s a great deal of mystery out there just waiting to be unlocked. The trouble is that the people doing the unlocking aren’t people most of us know. If Paris Hilton discovered another dimension E! News would be reporting on it and everyone would believe it. But when Janna Levin tells us there’s another dimension, no one (i.e. the lame media) really bothers to pay attention to what she’s saying. I’ve given up trying to convince people. I’m just living it. Gotta run. Chuck needs food.

My name is A.E. Grey. I am a writer and a traveler. I enjoy misanthropic people but find that they often make for shitty travel mates so I prefer the company of my cousin Chuck. Chuck is genius waiting to happen. He’s really quite brilliant in all ways. I always thought he’d end up being an editor at Rolling Stone or Spin or something like that. But he has a terrible way with bad luck. Things just don’t go his way and this has happened often enough to suggest to me that he is in fact under some sort of curse because honestly no one has that much bad luck. No one blows themselves up freebasing twice. Or ends up getting beaten up by ten guys, or gets on a hit reality tv show but gets fired for being too popular. But that’s Chuck. Since his genius is still waiting to happen, he has plenty of time to travel with me. So that’s what we do. We’ve been traveling for a long while now, and lots of insane things have happened to us. At the moment we’re in hiding but I can’t get into all that. All I can tell you is that a) some crazy shit went down and b) we’ve pissed off a small (but militant) portion of the theoretical physics community and so I am being forced (i.e. censored) to tell my story in bits and pieces over at The Grange Hall. The editors over there are the only people brave enough (or crazy, that’s still up for grabs) to publish my story.
